My name is Sylva Sassounian and I live and work in Los Angeles, CA. I’ve been a travel agent since 1998 and I love helping my clients book vacations. In today’s world where there are so many travel sites for someone to book their own vacation, I have survived for a few reasons:
1. I give my clients personalized service. I am open 7 days a week and if my client needs something, they can get a hold of me any day. Also, when they call, they are talking to someone in the U.S., not in India or the Philippines like those on line travel sites.
2. I ask my clients questions, so I can figure out which property is the best one to offer them.
3. I give my clients the lowest rate being offered for their hotel and package.
