I have been dealing with Sylva for 18 years now. She feels like a personal friend to me now.   Sylva has been amazing since day one. She is so upbeat and so energetic the sweetest travel agent I've ever met. She always takes her time to find the best rates for me! She never lied or tried to sell me vacations and properties that are not good. She was always honest and to me that is what I'm looking for. She always tries to find the best resort for your all your needs and wants. She truly knows her stuff is very knowledgeable in the traveling world. I would never deal or book with anybody other than Sylva.  She even follows up with you after you come home to see how you enjoyed it and asks for pictures so she can be more knowledgeable about that particular resort.  I have not one bad thing to say about her.
